The Mercer County Hospital Auxiliary was formed in 1956 to provide support to the hospital by way of volunteerism. Membership is open to the public. Currently the Auxiliary has over 150 members with a majority of them very active in the organization. Auxiliary members staff the Gift Shop and Family Waiting room. The Auxiliary has been responsible for new equipment purchases for different departments.
